If he declines and becomes a free agent, any team signing him would lose a first round draft pick. Jimenez bounced back from a 17-loss season, to go 13-9 this season with a 3.30 ERA. He also struck out 13 Twins in the Wild Card clincher that put the Indians back in the post-season for the first time since 2007.
